By using Tow Hub Brisbane's services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Tow Hub Brisbane provides towing and roadside assistance services across Brisbane and South East Queensland. All services are subject to availability, road conditions, and vehicle accessibility.
Prices are quoted upfront before service begins. Final pricing may vary if the job scope changes significantly from the original quote. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during towing, Tow Hub Brisbane's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law. We carry comprehensive insurance for all towing operations.
If you cancel a service request after a truck has been dispatched, a callout fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
By requesting our services, you confirm that you are the owner or authorised representative of the vehicle, and that the vehicle is not involved in illegal activity.
Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
